Jesse leads the Professional Services team, is NetSuite ERP Certified and specializes in finding the root of a problem before determining the ideal course of action. He believes in focusing on doing the right next step for the client, building trust and providing clear communication during frequent touch points with the client. In addition to having an MBA and being fluent in Spanish, Jesse brings 8 years of operations management experience and specializes in warehouse, distribution, and 3PL. When he is not executing working with new clients and finding long-term solutions for his clients, he is traveling with his wife and 3 sons or playing soccer. They have traveled to 16 countries and are excited for the adventures to come.

With over 25 years of experience driving scalable ERP solutions, Derrick Lildhar blends technical expertise with relationship-driven leadership. His career spans coding, implementations, training, and sales — all rooted in honesty, humility, and a strong focus on customer success.

As head of sales strategy at Concentrus, Derrick has helped scale top ERP platforms, including 17 years at Sage, along with leadership roles at NetSuite, Acumatica, and VersaPay. He excels at uniting sales, product, and customer success teams to deliver value in the evolving cloud ERP landscape.

Derrick’s authentic leadership prioritizes transparency over hype, partnerships over transactions, and continuous learning. Whether mentoring new talent or advising executives, he combines technical depth with a customer-first mindset to drive sustainable growth.

Based just outside of Toronto, Steve Namen holds over 24 years of experience in ERP and CRM markets. He previously won the Sage Diamond reseller award 5 years running, Steve has worked with Acumatica, Sage 100/300/500/X3, Sage BusinessVision, Sage FAS, Sage Intelligence, Crystal Reports, SAP, and other proprietary software.
As our Acumatica Practice lead, Steve is an expert in finding ways to improve workflow and simplify day-to-day processes. He also enjoys that his work allows him learn about how different businesses are organized and managed. Steve takes great pride in watching the success of a new system he helped install and appreciates the various ways an ERP can transform a business.
Outside of work, Steve enjoys long distance cruising on his motorbike as well as staying active. Every summer, he volunteers with The Ride for SickKids which raises money for Toronto SickKids foundation.

With over 10 years of expertise in Client Account Management and Project Leadership, Bali Czeman is passionate about building meaningful client relationships and delivering projects that align with business goals. Known for a proactive and solutions-driven approach, Bali collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. He thrives on understanding client needs and driving outcomes that exceed expectations, creating long-lasting partnerships and impactful results in every role.
Outside of work, Bali spends most of his time with his wife and daughter and their two mini Australian Shepherds. He is also an avid runner and what his friends call a “coffee snob”. He also speaks German and Hungarian, and has traveled to over 50 countries.

Julie Pontell is an accomplished ERP consultant specializing in Acumatica implementations for the construction industry. Based in East Troy, Wisconsin, she brings a strong blend of technical expertise and real-world operational experience to her consulting work.

Julie’s career in construction technology began on the operations side. She served as Controller for a production home builder, where she gained firsthand insight into the financial and logistical challenges of the industry. She later advanced to the role of Manager of Information Systems for a nationwide general contractor, overseeing technology strategy and ERP system integration across multiple divisions.

Her practical experience in construction operations, finance, and technology gives her a unique ability to bridge the gap between field needs and system capabilities. Julie is also an active member of the Acumatica User Group (AUG) Forums, where she shares knowledge and collaborates with peers in the ERP community.

Tulaib Khan has over four years of experience as a NetSuite consultant and project manager, having started his career at Oracle NetSuite. A graduate in Business Technology Management from Toronto Metropolitan University in Canada, he has worked across diverse industries such as apparel, food, non-profit, and services. Tulaib is passionate about improving business processes, driving efficiency, and leading organizations to achieve seamless ERP implementations.

Outside of work, Tulaib enjoys exploring new countries, discovering unique restaurants, and playing basketball.

Shui Chou is a bilingual recruiter who thrives on connecting people with opportunities that unlock their potential. With experience across North America and Asia Pacific, she has led recruitment for roles ranging from campus internship programs, and professional services to executive leadership. Shui is passionate about building authentic relationships and creating meaningful matches that foster individual growth and strengthen values-driven teams.
